We are located on a tree lined ridge on the outskirts of Byron Bay, Australia.

The property overlooks Tallow Beach with easterly views of the Pacific Ocean.

Sangsurya is a purpose-built centre specializing in yoga, meditation and personal growth retreats. No holiday accommodation or individual retreats are offered.

The property features several beautifully designed buildings and a saltwater swimming pool, all sensitively located along the central ridgeline of a forested 10 acre (2.4 hectares) subtropical area.

Set amongst landscaped gardens, palm trees, a myriad of bird and animal life, and walking trails, it is a secluded environment in which to conduct a retreat, or to participate in your choice of personal growth courses.

Byron Bay is conveniently located between airports at Ballina - 20 minutes, Coolangatta - 45 minutes and Brisbane - 1½ hours.

We have a summer average temperature of 27c (84f) and winter of 22c (74f).
